We know that without you that we wouldn't be able to bring these awesome events to our community. 


So here’s the scoop on the Handcrafted and Homegrown Vendors Market - it’s all about shining a light on creators like you. The whole idea started when we reflected on how we started out with our gang hitting up pop-ups and craft shows around Concord and Kannapolis. Thanks to a ton of love from our customers, we managed to keep our heads above water throughout these tough times. Now, we’re all about paying it forward, setting up these events so you can strut your stuff and show off all the amazing things you’ve got going on.

Each event just keeps getting better, pulling in more foot traffic and giving you the chance to make your booth the talk of the town. We’ve been able to up the number of spots for vendors and amp up the vibe at every turn, all thanks to the event’s growing popularity.

 

We’ve heard nothing but good things from our vendors - many say these markets are highlights of their year, and they can’t wait to see what’s up next. There’s been a fantastic turnout, with each event drawing in bigger crowds, and a lot of our vendors have been smashing their sales records, which just goes to show how much people are loving what we’re all about.

Booth rental for Handcrafted & Homegrown Vendor Events:

  • Each spot is $50 per event or $45 during the Early Bird time frame!
  • Spaces are 10ftx10ft, and multiple spaces may be rented.
  • 3 Spaces are available for Food Trucks. Each space will accommodate a Food Truck or Trailer. Please contact us should you have any questions.
  • 3 days before the event, you will receive where your vendor spot is located on the map.

Electricity:
Spaces do not come with electricity. If you need electricity, please make sure to add it to your cart. A limited number of spots are accessible for electricity.


Insurance:
A "Certificate Of Insurance" or "COI" is required when you opt out of insurance.
Vendors can choose to pay an additional $15 to be covered under our Old Town Soap Co. insurance policy for the day. When you select that you wish to purchase insurance, it will add the $15 per day to the booth rental total so that you are covered under our OTSC policy.

***Payment for booth spaces is required ahead of the event and through this website or in person at our Warehouse Location in Landis.***
***We will NEVER send you an invoice to pay.***

Need To Know:

  • Vendors must provide their own equipment (i.e., canopies, tables, chairs, etc.) (A picnic table with an umbrella will be provided near each Food Truck spot).
  • Parking is limited; please plan to have only one parked vehicle.
  • All fees are non-refundable. In the event of rain, please refer to the rain date above.
  • No electricity or running water is available. (unless you have reserved one of our limited electricity spots)
  • Set-up Time: Vendors can begin setting up at 7 a.m. Breakdown is at 4:15 p.m. or later, depending on customer traffic.
  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as found.
  • We reserve the right to censor any vendor prior to the event. If your booth is deemed not handcrafted or homegrown (commercial) prior to the event, your fees will be refunded to you.
  • Please be aware that on the day of the event, if you bring commercial items with you, you will not be allowed to sell them and you will not be refunded.
