Handcrafted & Homegrown Market Events!

April 18th & October 10th

Early Bird Rate for April 18th Event: $45 if booked before March 18th.

Early Bird Rate for October 10th Event: $45 if booked before September 10th.

Reserve your spot for both events by choosing the "I Want To Book Both" option and save $35! (Save $20 total on both booths and get the second event's insurance ($15) for free when you book "With Insurance")

Each booth space rental is $50 per event after the early bird rate.

April 18th, 9 am to 4 pm Rain date for April 18th will be April 19th

October 10th, 9 am to 4 pm Rain date for October 10th will be October 11th

Booth rental for Handcrafted & Homegrown Vendor Events:
  • The Early Bird Rate is $45 per event. To receive this rate, the event must be booked within the early bird time frame.
  • Each booth space rental is $50 per event after the early bird rate.
  • Spaces are 10 ft x 10 ft, and you can rent multiple spaces.

  • 3 days before the event, you will receive where your vendor spot is located on the map.

Electricity:
Spaces do not come with electricity. If you need electricity, please make sure to add it to your cart. Only a limited number of spots are accessible for electricity.

Insurance:
A "Certificate Of Insurance" or "COI" is required when you opt out of insurance. Vendors can choose to pay an additional $15 to be covered under our Old Town Soap Co. insurance policy for the day. When you select that you wish to purchase insurance, it will add the $15 per day to the booth rental total so that you are covered under our OTSC policy.
***Payment for booth spaces is required ahead of the event and through this website or in person at our Warehouse Location in Landis.***
***We will NEVER send you an invoice to pay.***

Need To Know:

  • Vendors must provide their own equipment (i.e., canopies, tables, chairs, etc.).
  • Parking is limited; please plan to have only one parked vehicle. Please park your vehicles on S. Highland Ave. so that your customers can park closer to your booths.
  • All fees are non-refundable. In the event of rain, please refer to the rain date above.
  • No electricity or running water is available. (unless you have reserved one of our limited electricity spots)
  • Set-up Time: Vendors can begin setting up at 7 a.m. Breakdown is at 4:15 p.m. or later, depending on customer traffic.
  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as found.
  • We reserve the right to censor any vendor prior to the event. If your booth is deemed not handcrafted or homegrown (commercial) before the event, your fees will be refunded.
  • Please be aware that on the day of the event, if you bring commercial items with you, you will not be allowed to sell them and will not be refunded.
