It's time to spend more time outside and with that comes the sun! How many of you have gotten your yearly sunburn yet? Don't let that uncomfortable sunburn pain get you down, we have the best Sun Soother Relief Gel around!
What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of sunburn relief? For us, it's always Aloe Vera! So naturally, we decided to go with Aloe Vera Gel as our base and we mixed in a couple of amazing essential oils to go right along with it!
What essential oils?
Well, our first 100% theraputic essential oil we chose is Lavender Essential Oil. Lavender is known to be a great healer for all kinds of skin ailments and it's perfect for sunburns! It calms the skin and helps it heal faster than just aloe vera alone. It can also reduce the amount of peeling and itching you will have after a sunburn if you apply it immediately.
Our second essential oil is Peppermint. Peppermint Essential Oil is an instant soother. It helps to stop your skin from continuing to burn along with an instant cooling effect that helps keep your skin from hurting. Peppermint penetrates and soothes the pain.
Together the Lavender & Peppermint essential oils help the Aloe Vera to instantly:
Stop the excessive pain from the sunburn
Stop the burning
Offer an instant cooling effect
Soothes and moisturizes
Leaves your skin feeling soft, smooth and much happier
Reduces the chance of peeling and itching later
Allows the sunburn to turn into a tan instead of peeling off
Doesn't leave a greasy residue
For use:
Apply instantly after a sunburn and continue to apply every few hours or whenever the sunburn is causing pain, feels dry or is itching. Sunburn or not it will feel great to slather on after any time outside!
Not only will your skin look and feel amazing, but it will also smell amazing too! For some extra soothing, get a second one to store in the fridge. Can't you just imagine how the cool will feel on that sunburn?
Go out and enjoy your days in the sun and don't worry about your skin afterward (though, do always remember the sunscreen)!
You will receive one 4 ounce Sun Soother Relief Gel
