Booth rental for Handcrafted & Homegrown Vendor Events. Each booth is $45 for the event. Spaces are 10ftx10ft.
Electricity: Spaces do not come with electricity. If you need electricity please make sure to add electricity to your cart.
Insurance: A COI is required. Vendors can choose to pay an additional $15 to be covered under Old Town Soap Co. insurance policy for the day.
Vendors must provide their own equipment (ie. canopies, tables, chairs, etc).
Parking is limited, please plan to have only one parked vehicle.
All fees are non-refundable. In the event of rain, a rescheduled date will be announced.
No electricity (unless you have one of our limited electricity spots) or running water is available.
Set up Time: Vendors can begin setting up at 8am. Break down is at 4:15pm or later depending on customer traffic.
Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as found.
We reserve the right to censor any booth. If your booth is deemed not handmade or homegrown (commercial) your fees will be refunded to you.
*Please be aware that upon the day of the event, if you bring commercial items with you, you will not be allowed to sell and you will not be refunded.
