There is no lard, tallow, or other animal fats in our Castile soap. Olive oil contains antioxidants that fight free-radical damage, and an ingredient called squalene is extremely hydrating. Research also proves that applying olive oil to the skin can prevent signs of photo-aging and sun damage. Since castile soap is made from safe, simple plant oils, it is considered safe for even the most sensitive skin types. It can help oily, acne-prone skin.
