Best of both worlds. One side bristled and the other pumice making this a good 2-in-1 exfoliating brush. Wet the pumice stone and use on rough, dry skin to remove dead skin cells. Typically used on the feet for a callus or corn and pedicure purposes. Best for rough areas such as heels or the ball of your foot. Use brush on finger/toe nails to deep clean underneath fingernails and release stubborn dirt.

Use as needed and rinse after each use. Avoid open wounds or irritated skin. 

Replace every 2-3 months for best results
