    • Apply a small amount of cream to your calves, feet, or other areas where you experience soreness. 

    • It can be used as needed or on a daily basis.

    Tips for application

    • Timing: Apply the lotion 30 minutes before going to sleep to allow it to absorb properly.

    • Skin preparation: Applying after a shower or bath is beneficial. Your warm skin & open pores can help with absorption.

    • Consistency: For the best results, consistent nightly use is recommended.

    • Avoid sensitive areas: Do not apply to broken or sensitive skin.

    Do not apply to freshly shaved, broken, or sensitive skin. Skin discomfort may occur when using any magnesium product.

    Itch or tingle is common for first-time users, but should diminish over time & with consistent use as the body adjusts.

    Apply to a small area of skin & wait 24 hours to observe any reactions before using it on a larger area.
