Wet the pumice stone and use on rough, dry skin to remove dead skin cells. Typically used on the feet for a callus or corn and pedicure purposes. Best for rough areas such as heels or the ball of your foot.  

Use as needed and rinse after each use. Avoid open wounds or irritated skin. 

Replace every 2-3 months for best results.
