From the foothills of the Southern Appalachian Mountains in Hendersonville NC. This is a march through October, moderately sweet, amber color honey with the aroma of fresh cut apples and a define berry undertone.
Herb's Honey has 3 full season honey extractions that are located specific for pollination plants. Each extraction will taste different based upon what blooms the bees are pollinating.
All our honey is local and completely raw, unpasteurized and free of any additives. Simple sweet goodness from out honeybees!!
