From the Southern Piedmont, in the Mint Hill, NC area. This is a March through October light golden color honey with a mild sweetness as well as a mint aroma and taste.
Herb's Honey has 3 full season honey extractions that are located specific for pollination plants. Each extraction will taste different based upon what blooms the bees are pollinating.
