From the Northwestern part of NC along the Blue Ridge Parkway. This is a July though October honey, encompassing the rich Mountain flora with a sourwood type flavor and rich aroma.
Herb's Honey has 3 full season honey extractions that are located specific for pollination plants. Each extraction will taste different based upon what blooms the bees are pollinating.
All our honey is local and completely raw, unpasteurized and free of any additives. Simple sweet goodness from out honeybees!!
